Week of Indonesia-Netherlands Education and Research (WINNER), 18 – 20 October 2022

The 3rd edition of the Week of Indonesia-Netherlands Education and Research (WINNER) will be held hybrid on 18 – 20 October 2022, with the theme “Learning and Research Collaboration for Sustainable Green, Blue, and Digital Economies and Societies.” WINNER brings the substantial opportunity to strengthen and expand the collaboration in research and education, identify mutual priorities, share best practices and networking.

Diverse researchers, education enthusiasts, policymakers, businesses, NGOs and societal stakeholders based in Indonesia and the Netherlands are invited to engage and share innovative ideas to address global challenges and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • How do we innovate, both technologically and socially, for greener economies?
  • Which trade-offs in SDGs are there in a blue economy?
  • What effect does a digital society have on our healthcare, or the way we interact with each other, including in knowledge collaboration?
  • How does knowledge help to change the way we produce and interact?

Study in Indonesia Virtual Expo

WINNER will return with its second edition of the Study in Indonesia Virtual Expo where we invite higher education institutions in Indonesia to take part as exhibitors and showcase their international programmes and other opportunities (research, internship, gap year) to students and graduates in the Netherlands or internationally. With this Expo, we also aim to provide a platform to link up with higher education institutions in the Netherlands during the event. Visit this link for more information.

Poster Session

We invite everyone who might be interested to present his/her previous or ongoing projects (research/practices) that are relevant to SDGs and are aligned with the conference’s theme. During this interactive session, you will get the opportunity to stimulate dialogue and exchange ideas on the Innovation for the SDGs in the future and open for education and SDGs enthusiasts that include (but are not limited to) students, researchers, and private companies from Indonesia – the Netherlands.
